2 lbs. good steak- ribeye, new york strip, etc.
3 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbsp seasoning salt
1 Tsp black pepper
Olive oil

Make sure your steak are approximately the same height. Sandwich the meat between two pieces of wax paper and hammer with a meat tenderizer to even out. Heat olive oil, on low in a large skillet on the stove. Mix together the lemon pepper, seasoning salt and pepper in a small bowl. Coat the steaks thoroughly and heavily. Put the steaks in the hot skillet and cook until desired done-ness.

This was seriously some of the best steak we’ve ever had. The flavors mixed so well with the meat. Dr. Big had two large hunks. I served it with rice and baby carrots.
